Please follow these steps to recover lost data from your SanDisk® Ultra® Dual Drive:

• Do not continue to use the drive once you notice the lost data. Continued use may result in the lost data being overwritten with new data. Insert your SanDisk Ultra® Dual Drive into your USB port.
• Download and install SanDisk RescuePRO on your PC. The software is available as a free evaluation version, so you may scan your SanDisk Ultra® Dual Drive to see if the software detects your lost data. Open SanDisk RescuePRO.
• You will then come to the following screen — choose the type of files you are wishing to recover.

• You will then be presented with the following screen, where you will choose the removable media you are wish to recover, namely, your SanDisk Ultra® Dual Drive.
  Look for a device of approximately the storage size of your SanDisk Ultra® Dual Drive.

• Click Start to begin the scanning process.
  After the scanning has completed, you will be shown a list of recovered files.
  These files are automatically saved to your hard drive.
